1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food-grade spices), we do not accept returns unless:
- The product arrived damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at support@solovelyspices.com.
2. Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
